Basketball Recap: Show Low Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

It was a proper cat-fight when Show Low duked it out with Joseph City on Tuesday. The Show Low Cougars walked away with a 41-33 victory over the Joseph City Wildcats. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cougars.

Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Audrey Neill, who posted 11 points and five steals. Samantha Jesmer was another key player, putting up two points along with five boards and five steals.

Show Low pushed their record up to 22-6 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Joseph City, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of away wins and brought them to 27-5.

Coming up, Show Low will head out on the road to square off against Snowflake at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Snowflake will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Show Low surely won't give up without a fight. Joseph City does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
