Recap: Edon Bombers vs. Paulding Panthers
The Edon Bombers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. They fell just short of Paulding by a score of 37-35.
Paulding found their leader in underclassman Kayleigh Dunham, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 10 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooklyn Schlatter, who scored 3 points along with 6 rebounds and 4 steals.
Edon's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Paulding, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edon will face off against Stryker at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Paulding, they will head out on the road to face off against Lincolnview at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Lincolnview focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 on Tuesday.
