Preview: Bell Eagles vs. Roosevelt Rough Riders
Bell is 1-9 against Roosevelt since January of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Bell Eagles will be playing at home against the Roosevelt Rough Riders at 4:00 p.m. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Wednesday, Bell was able to grind out a solid win over South East, taking the game 50-37. The win made it back-to-back wins for Bell.
Meanwhile, Roosevelt waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins but they left with three. They skirted past Sylmar 55-52. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory Roosevelt has posted yet this season.
Bell is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-7 record this season. As for Roosevelt, they pushed their record up to 12-9 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home.
