Tartan is 9-1 against Hastings since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Tartan Titans will head out on the road to face off against the Hastings Raiders at 6:30 p.m. Tartan knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 13 matchups -- so hopefully Hastings likes a good challenge.

On Wednesday, everything came up roses for Tartan against Simley as the team secured an 80-37 victory. The contest marked the Titans' most dominant win of the season so far.

Meanwhile, Hastings entered their tilt with Red Wing on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They strolled past the Wingers with points to spare, taking the game 67-53. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 83rd, while the Wingers are ranked 222nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Hastings has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. As for Tartan, they pushed their record up to 13-0 with the victory, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season.

Tartan strolled past Hastings in their previous meeting back in February of 2024 by a score of 65-50. Does Tartan have another victory up their sleeve, or will Hastings turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
