Baseball Game Preview: Lower Merion Aces vs. Harriton Rams

The Lower Merion Aces will head out on the road to challenge the Harriton Rams at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Harriton took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Lower Merion, who comes in off a win.

Harriton will be up against a hot Lower Merion team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. The Aces came out on top against Springfield by a score of 3-0 on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Harriton came up short against Garnet Valley on Wednesday, falling 13-3. The Rams have struggled against the Jaguars recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Bryce Siegel was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played.

Harriton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Lower Merion, their victory bumped their record up to 9-4.

Lower Merion skirted past Harriton 2-1 in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Aces since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
