Volleyball Recap: Forest Area Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Forest Area was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Grand Traverse Academy Mustangs.

Forest Area's defeat dropped their record down to 0-19-2. As for Grand Traverse Academy, their win ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 5-18-1.

Forest Area and Grand Traverse Academy could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Michigan Rankings. The Warriors will square off against Suttons Bay at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank disadvantage (687 vs. 150). Meanwhile, Grand Traverse Academy (ranked 685th) will meet Buckley (ranked 231st) at 8:50 a.m. on Saturday.
