After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Minford, Waverly was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Piketon Redstreaks as the Waverly Tigers made off with a 12-0 victory. With that win, the Tigers brought their scoring average up to 3 goals per game.

Their offense was hitting Piketon from everywhere, as nine different players booted in a goal. Zarian Canter led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

Waverly's victory bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Piketon, their loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-12.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Waverly will head out to square off against Zane Trace at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Piketon, they will venture away from home to challenge West Union at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
