Basketball Recap: Marble Falls Victorious

Marble Falls lost to Jarrell back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Marble Falls Mustangs snuck past the Jarrell Cougars with a 57-51 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

Marble Falls' victory bumped their record up to 16-11. As for Jarrell, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 12 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-19 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Marble Falls will host Burnet at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Jarrell, they will welcome Taylor at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Taylor is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.7 points per game this season.
