Trent Chris posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. He wasn't messing around, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out 12 over six innings pitched. The pitching appearance was his fourth straight with six or more strikeouts.

Coming up, Chris and Snow Canyon will welcome Desert Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Chris has dominated as far as strikeouts are concerned (he's averaged 8.5 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering the Thunder have only allowed 3.41 per game this season.
