Volleyball Recap: Thunder Ridge Falls Short Against Ranked Rigby + How To Watch

Thunder Ridge faced Rigby in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Titans came up short against the Trojans, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss on Friday.

Thunder Ridge might've come up short, but they didn't make it easy on Rigby: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-22, 25-22.

This is the second loss in a row for Thunder Ridge and nudges their season record down to 11-14. As for Rigby, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 17 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Thunder Ridge and Rigby will both be playing Highland the next time they take the court. The Trojans will host the Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Titans will host them at 7:00 p.m. on the 9th.
