Football Recap: Ishpeming Takes a Loss + How To Watch

The Ishpeming Hematites were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 28-22 to the Forest Park Trojans. The Hematites were right on the edge of victory: they outscored the Trojans in the fourth quarter 8-0.

Ishpeming's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Forest Park, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Ishpeming will take on Gogebic [Johnston/Wakefield] at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Forest Park, they will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge North Dickinson at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
