Soccer Game Preview: Eisenhower vs. Notre Dame

The Eisenhower Eagles will face off against the Notre Dame Titans at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with nine consecutive losses for Eisenhower and four for Notre Dame.

Monday just wasn't the day for Eisenhower's offense. They lost 6-0 to Rim of the World on Monday.

Meanwhile, Notre Dame also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Arroyo Valley on Monday, falling 11-0. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 1024th, while the Hawks are ranked 163rd).

Notre Dame's loss dropped their record down to 2-9-3. As for Eisenhower, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-10.

Eisenhower suffered a grim 6-3 defeat to Notre Dame when the teams last played back in January of 2024. That match was all but decided by halftime, at which point Eisenhower was down 4-0.
