Basketball Recap: Logan/Palco vs. Dighton Hornets
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Ellis, Logan/Palco was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They secured a 36-31 W over the Dighton Hornets. That's more bragging rights for Logan/Palco, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Logan/Palco got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Buster States out in front who posted ten points. Taden Gottschalk was another key player, putting up nine points and five steals.
Dighton lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Shawn Redburn, who put up 13 points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Graham Von Leonrod, who earned six points.
