Basketball Recap: Huron Takes a Loss

Huron was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 51-41 to the Lincoln Railsplitters. The River Rats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Railsplitters earlier this season, when they won 53-50.

Huron's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Lincoln, their victory bumped their record up to 4-10.

Huron and Lincoln could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Michigan Rankings. Huron (ranked 460th) will meet Skyline (ranked 221st) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Lincoln will challenge Monroe at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday down 333 places (452 vs. 119).
