Softball Recap: Biggs Wolverines vs. Plumas Charter Warriors
Biggs had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the Plumas Charter Warriors with a sharp 22-1 win on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for Biggs, who have now won 21 games by six runs or more so far this season.
Riley Harrison was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Harrison was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
In other batting news, Addie Scott was incredible, going 4-for-4 with four runs, four RBI, and a stolen base. Daisy Seipert was another key contributor, going 2-for-2 with three runs, four RBI, and a double.
