Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Heidi Henninger and Carinne Cason Lead Savannah Christian to Victory

Savannah Christian not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 16, 2024 (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Bridges Prep Buccaneers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win was familiar territory for the Raiders, who have now won three matches in a row.

Savannah Christian never let Bridges Prep on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-22, 25-15.

Savannah Christian was led to victory by Carinne Cason and Heidi Henninger. Cason had four digs and two aces, while Henninger had eight digs. Those eight digs gave Henninger a new career-high.

Savannah Christian now has a winning record of 4-3.

Coming up, Savannah Christian will square off against Vidalia at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. After both having extra time off, Bridges Prep and Hilton Head Island will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
