Soccer Recap: Austin Falls to Buckhorn in First Game of Season

Austin had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Buckhorn Bucks by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but the Black Bears couldn't quite close it out.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Austin will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on Grissom at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Buckhorn, they will host Columbia at 5:00 p.m. on February 14th.
