Football Recap: Crescent City Christian Falls to Benjamin Franklin in First Game of Season

Crescent City Christian had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They took a blow against the Benjamin Franklin Falcons, falling 41-6. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Crescent City Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Springfield at 7:00 p.m. on the 18th. As for Benjamin Franklin, they will venture away from home to take on Fisher at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
