Baseball Recap: West Point Takes a Loss

After flying high against Holly Pond last Friday, West Point came back down to earth. West Point fell just short of the Fairview Aggies by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Aggies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-2 last Wednesday.

West Point's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Fairview, with the win, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-12.

West Point has already played their next match, an 8-3 victory against Good Hope on the 22nd. As for Fairview, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 win against Vinemont on the 22nd.
