Soccer Recap: Lake County vs. Bennett
Lake County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They lost 6-1 to the Bennett Tigers. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Panthers were already down 4-1.
Lake County's record is now 0-11. As for Bennett, the win snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-5-3 record.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake County will stay at home for another game and welcome Middle Park at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Middle Park's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Bennett, they will take on Fort Lupton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Fort Lupton will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Bennett surely won't give up without a fight.
