If Mansfield beats North Crowley with 28 points on Thursday, it's going to be the team's new lucky number: they've won their past two contests with that exact score. The Tigers strolled past Mansfield Legacy with points to spare last Friday, taking the game 28-10. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Broncos: they've now won seven in a row.

The critical scores for Mansfield came from Knowledge Bluitt and Andrew McKinney.

Mansfield's run defense was locked in: Mansfield Legacy could only muster 3.1 yards per carry. The Tigers' run defense has been on the up-and-up: they allowed five yards per carry earlier this season, but they've only allowed 5.63 on average over their last five games.
