Basketball Recap: Wilmot's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Wilmot lost against Waubay/Summit back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wilmot Wolves took a 61-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Waubay/Summit Mustangs. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wilmot's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 3-5. As for Waubay/Summit, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wilmot will host Britton-Hecla at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Waubay/Summit, they will be playing at home against Ipswich at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
