Football Game Recap: North Broward Prep Comes Up Short

North Broward Prep lost against Westminster Academy back in October of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The North Broward Prep Eagles were dealt a 40-13 loss at the hands of the Westminster Academy Lions. Matthew Condon threw for 117 yards and a touchdown. Xavier Cocking was his top target, picking up 86 receiving yards and a touchdown. On the ground, Anthony Mestre rushed for 114 yards on only eight carries, and also picked up 57 receiving yards.

Chance Humphrey was nothing short of spectacular for Westminster Academy: he threw for 393 yards and four touchdowns. Robert Donald was another key player, picking up 152 receiving yards and a touchdown.

North Broward Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Westminster Academy, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with that win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.
