Basketball Recap: West Point Falls to Colonial Beach in First Game of Season + How To Watch

West Point had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 39-30 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Colonial Beach Drifters on Thursday. The Pointers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Drifters from their previous meeting back in December of 2024.

Colonial Beach has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, West Point will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Westmoreland at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Colonial Beach, they will head out to face off against Mathews at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
