Baseball Recap: Westchester Takes a Loss

Westchester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 11-0 to the Venice Gondoliers. If the Comets were looking for revenge after losing 15-8 to the Gondoliers when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Westchester's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Venice, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Venice beat Westchester by a score of 16-0 on Friday.
