West Columbus has gone 9-1 against East Columbus recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The West Columbus Vikings will take on the East Columbus Gators at 7:30 p.m. West Columbus is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak.

West Columbus is headed into the match out to prove that what happened against Pender on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. West Columbus lost 64-41 to Pender. The Vikings were down 50-30 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Meanwhile, East Columbus hadn't done well against Red Springs recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. East Columbus came out on top against Red Springs by a score of 38-30.

West Columbus' defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for East Columbus, their win bumped their record up to 7-8.

West Columbus beat East Columbus 76-63 in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for West Columbus since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
