Softball Recap: St. John Paul II Catholic's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

St. John Paul II Catholic's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 25-6 margin over the Mountainside Wolves. The win was some much needed relief for the Lions as it spelled an end to their eight-game losing streak.

St. John Paul II Catholic's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-8. As for Mountainside, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-5.
