Jonathan Alder has gone a perfect 5-0 against Indian Lake recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Pioneers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Lakers at 5:15 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Jonathan Alder's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Bellefontaine as they made off with a 12-0 win. The Pioneers' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Indian Lake came out on top against Northwestern on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run second inning. The Lakers blew past the Warriors 8-0. The win continues a trend for the Lakers in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won three in a row.

Lane Kipker was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyler Tidwell, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Jonathan Alder pushed their record up to 11-0 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.7 runs over those games. As for Indian Lake, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.
