Soccer Recap: Damien Takes a Loss

Damien was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They came up short against the Pac-Five Wolfpack, falling 3-0. The Monarchs were probably out for revenge after losing 8-0 to them when the teams met back in January, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Damien's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Pac-Five, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2-1 and their overall record up to 2-2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Damien will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Mid-Pacific Institute at 4:15 p.m. on January 6, 2025. Pac-Five also won't see the pitch for a while: their next game is against 'Iolani at 4:15 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
