Football Game Preview: Griffith Institute vs. Medina/Webber

Medina/Webber will challenge Griffith Institute on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes : the MaxPreps national rankings predict a close match.

Medina/Webber gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener last week. They skirted past Depew 14-12.

Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Griffith Institute lost to Maple Grove, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 8-51.

Medina/Webber's win lifted them to 1-0 while Griffith Institute's defeat dropped them down to 0-1-1. We'll find out if Medina/Webber can add another positive mark to their record or if Griffith Institute can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Medina/Webber's step.
