Volleyball Recap: Clover Hill Takes a Loss

Clover Hill lost against Monacan back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cavaliers fell just short of the Chiefs by a score of 3-2. Cavaliers fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Chiefs since Tuesday.

Clover Hill has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season. As for Monacan, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-7.

Looking ahead, Clover Hill is taking a road trip to take on Godwin at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Monacan, they will welcome Henrico at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
