Basketball Recap: Mynderse Academy Takes a Loss

Mynderse Academy lost against Palmyra-Macedon back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The match between the Mynderse Academy Blue Devils and the Palmyra-Macedon Red Raiders didn't end well, with the Mynderse Academy Blue Devils falling 48-32. While losing is never fun, the Blue Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 386th, while the Red Raiders are ranked 172nd).

Mynderse Academy now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Palmyra-Macedon, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Mynderse Academy has already played their next game (against Waterloo), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Palmyra-Macedon will face off against Midlakes at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
