North Medford was the 63-49 winner over Sheldon when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The North Medford Black Tornado took a 54-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sheldon Irish. The Black Tornado's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Rocco Graziano was his usual excellent self, going 7 of 11 en route to 20 points for Sheldon. The dominant performance gave Graziano a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Eli Forsha, who posted 11 points.

North Medford's loss dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Sheldon, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. It'll be Northside v. Southside when North Medford and South Medford meet at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Sheldon has already played their next contest (against Willamette), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
