Marple Newtown entered their tilt with Conestoga on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They slipped by the Conestoga Pioneers 54-53. The win was all the more spectacular given the Fightin' Tigers' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 229th, while the Pioneers are ranked 37th).
