Football Recap: Monomoy Takes a Loss

Monomoy fell victim to Hull and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a 13-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pirates. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Sharks couldn't quite close it out.

Monomoy is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3. As for Hull, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Monomoy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bourne at 6:00 p.m. on October 3. As for Hull, they will venture away from home to take on Boston English/New Mission at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
