Baseball Game Preview: Grand Terrace Titans vs. Rialto Knights

For the second straight game, Grand Terrace will face off against Rialto. The Titans will challenge the Knights at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. Grand Terrace's pitching crew has only allowed 3.5 runs per game this season, so Rialto's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Grand Terrace lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Rialto, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Wednesday's matchup. The Titans put the hurt on the Knights with a sharp 9-2 victory on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Titans have posted against the Knights since April 21, 2021.

Ezekiel Jahen was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March.

Jahen wasn't the only one making solid contact: Grand Terrace kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. The Titans are a perfect 5-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Grand Terrace now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Rialto, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-6 record this season.
