Soccer Recap: Chandler Prep Triumphs

Chandler Prep kept a clean sheet against Gilbert Classical Academy on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Gilbert Classical Academy Spartans. The Titans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Spartans, too.

Nolan Richardson and Cisqo Salinas scored both of Chandler Prep's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

The win got Chandler Prep back to even at 3-3-1. As for Gilbert Classical Academy, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-1.

Chandler Prep will head out on the road to take on San Tan Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. San Tan Charter is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.3 goals per game this season. As for Gilbert Classical Academy, they will host Horizon Honors at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Gilbert Classical Academy also hasn't been messing around on offense: they've averaged 5.8 goals per game.
