Soccer Recap: Alliance Bloomfield Takes a Loss

The matchup between Alliance Bloomfield and Collins Family on Wednesday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Alliance Bloomfield Bulls came up short against the Collins Family Jaguars, falling 6-3. The Bulls were not able to make up for their loss to the Jaguars from their previous meeting back in December of 2023.

Alliance Bloomfield hit Collins Family with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Diego Fierro, Alexander Rodriguez, and Angel Aguilar.

This is the second loss in a row for Alliance Bloomfield and nudges their season record down to 1-5. As for Collins Family, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2-1 record this season.

Alliance Bloomfield will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Hawkins at 3:30 p.m. on January 6, 2025. As for Collins Family, they will take on Neuwirth Leadership Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Collins Family will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
