Basketball Recap: Cimarron Comes Up Short

If Cimarron was riding high fresh off their 35-13 takedown of Aline-Cleo on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Trailblazers took a blow against the Stuart Hornets on Saturday, falling 64-25.

Cimarron's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Stuart, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-5 record this season.

Cimarron will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Pond Creek-Hunter at 6:30 p.m. on the 16th. Stuart has already played their next game (against Caney), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
