Volleyball Recap: Chambersburg Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Chambersburg lost against Greencastle-Antrim back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Trojans fell just short of the Blue Devils by a score of 3-2. The Trojans just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Chambersburg took Greencastle-Antrim into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking five-point loss. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-20, 23-25, 21-25, 15-10.

Kasey Moser paced Chambersburg's offense, picking up 14 kills. Moser got some help from Ava Zeigler and her 32 assists. Finally, Nizaya Hawkins kept Chambersburg's defense grounded, leading the team with eight blocks.

Greencastle-Antrim had a senior duo take command as Kinzee Hudson had 23 digs and two aces and Kaitlyn Alvey had four digs and four aces. With that strong performance, Hudson is now averaging an impressive 10.4 digs per game.

Chambersburg's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Greencastle-Antrim, they pushed their record up to 21-1-3 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road.

As of now, neither Chambersburg nor the Blue Devils have any future games scheduled.
