After having lost a blowout in their previous game against La Vernia, Navarro was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Gonzales Apaches. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on October 3rd.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Navarro took every set by at least 25 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Navarro found their leader in sophomore Ayden Chapa, who had ten digs and two aces.

Blakely Mercer and Alaina Valle certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Mercer had 12 digs, while Valle had six digs.

Navarro has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 20-17 record this season. As for Gonzales, their loss dropped their record down to 7-23.

Navarro wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Cuero on the 24th. As for Gonzales, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against San Antonio Memorial on the 24th.
