Volleyball Recap: Mountain Ridge Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Mountain Ridge came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Liberty Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Mountain Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Liberty, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Mountain Ridge will face off against Boulder Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Mountain Lions are facing the Jaguars at the right time seeing as the Jaguars are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Liberty, they will take on Verrado in a tournament on Friday.
