Stephen Yakubec Game Report: vs Whitehall

Salem came out on top against Whitehall on Monday thanks in part to Stephen Yakubec's efforts. Yakubec got on base in three of his four plate appearances with four runs, two stolen bases, and two RBI. The effort marked the most RBI he has had since back in May of 2024.

Yakubec and Salem will take on Corinth at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Generals got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Riverhawks thanks in part to Yakubec: he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and only one walk).
