Basketball Recap: Central Valley Falcons vs. Lassen Grizzlies
Central Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 23rd straight defeat. They fell 52-43 to the Lassen Grizzlies. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Grizzlies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-48 back in January.

When it comes to explaining why Central Valley lost, don't look at TJ Saechao. Despite the final result, he posted 13 points in addition to six assists and three steals. The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Central Valley will venture away from home to face off against Orland at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lassen, they are taking a road trip to challenge Paradise at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Lassen is facing Paradise at the right time seeing as Paradise is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
