Volleyball Recap: Buford Extends Winning Streak to Three

Buford entered their tilt with Wesleyan on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on Wesleyan with a sharp 3-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Buford also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2021.

Buford's got stronger as the match went on, holding Wesleyan to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-17, 25-16.

Reagan Callender was the offensive standout of the game as she had six digs and two aces. That's the most digs she has posted since back in October of 2024.

Buford's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Wesleyan, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coming up, Buford will square off against North Cobb at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wesleyan, they will challenge Mount Vernon at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
