Volleyball Game Preview: Southside Christian Warriors vs. Johnston County Home Educators Jaguars

The Southside Christian Warriors will venture away from home to take on the Johnston County Home Educators Jaguars at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Southside Christian and Bethel Christian Academy, and Bethel Christian Academy kept the tradition alive. The Warriors fell just short of the Trojans by a score of 3-2 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Johnston County Home Educators was not able to break out of their rough patch two weeks ago as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 3-1 to Southeastern HomeSchool.

Johnston County Home Educators started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-19, 25-18, 25-14.

Johnston County Home Educators' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Southside Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.
