Volleyball Game Preview: North Jackson Chiefs vs. North Sand Mountain Bison

After both having extra time off, the North Jackson Chiefs and the North Sand Mountain Bison will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. North Jackson is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.

North Jackson lost 3-0 to Plainview on Tuesday.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-17, 25-15.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for North Sand Mountain, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. Everything went their way against Section on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Bison haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant North Sand Mountain was: they took every set by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-12, 25-3.

North Sand Mountain's win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for North Jackson, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.

North Jackson couldn't quite get it done against North Sand Mountain in their previous matchup back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Chiefs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
