Basketball Recap: Balboa Comes Up Short

Balboa lost against Lincoln back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Balboa Buccaneers were beaten by the Lincoln Mustangs 62-34. The matchup marked the Buccaneers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

When it comes to explaining why Balboa lost, don't look at Alyjian Mills. Despite the final result, he almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 12 boards.

Balboa is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5. As for Lincoln, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Balboa wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 64-35 loss against Summit Shasta on the 12th. As for Lincoln, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 47-46 defeat against Heritage on the 12th.
