Softball Recap: Scott Takes a Loss

Scott managed to slip by Bracken County the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Eagles lost 12-4 to the Polar Bears on Monday. The Eagles just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

Scott's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13-1. As for Bracken County, they have been performing well recently as they've won 14 of their last 18 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.

Scott has already played their next matchup (against Holy Cross), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Bracken County will be paying especially close attention to the Eagles' game: after the Eagles face off against the Indians, they'll take on Bracken County again at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
