Blake Tench gave up the fewest walks he has since back in March on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.

Tench and Briarwood Academy will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Glascock County at 5:30 p.m. on the 14th.
